Purpose
It is the hope of this site that you will learn about our Heavenly Father and his plan of salvation for us, his children. This site was created with the hope that one day it will be a global platform in which people of all nations can come to know god and his teachings. It is also the hope that one day this site will exist in all the languages of the world. There is much that must be done before that day will come though. But we believe that it will come. This site was created to help Christians and non-Christians to come to know the words of our heavenly father as he wanted us to. It is also the hope that thru this site, as you learn and grow in Christ that you will find your purpose and what the lord has in planned for your life.
God has called us his sheep and Jesus is our shepherd. He keeps us safe from harm and helps us in times of trouble. God has also called upon us to make disciples of all nations. So while we learn and grow in Christ, we must spread what we have learned so that all may know the love that our heavenly father has for us. We as God's children must learn all that we can before the coming return of our eternal father and his son. We must learn all that is able to be learned so that when the day comes that god comes back to earth, he will see how many of his children we have led home. The command that was given unto us by Christ said "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations..." - Matt 28:19 (NIV)
It is the greatest hope and will of this site that visitors will come to know that the word of God is for ALL. It is written "For god so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." - John 3:16 (NIV) What does that mean? It means that no matter who you are, you are accepted in Christ if you genuinely believe that Christ died for the atonement of your sins. God is loving and willing that no one should perish. God will not reject you or persecute you if you earnestly seek him out and ask for his forgiveness. What ever you have done in the past will be forgiven and you will be raised up for being who god made you.
"The word of god is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart." - Hebrews 4:12 (NIV) Since the word is living and active and it's message assures our salvation in heaven through faith in Jesus Christ, we should best do all that we can to understand it and know all that is contained in the word of god. This will help us in rebuking and correcting those who would lead us astray and deceive us. "...the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness." - 2 Timothy 3:15-16 (NIV)
It is the hope of this site that through the scriptures and word of god that you come to know our Heavenly Father and that through faith in his son Jesus Christ, you can help us, your brothers and sisters in Christ; spread God's word to the nations.
This site is and its interactive areas are not a debate forum. If you as a visitor however, have genuine questions about Christ and his message; we encourage you to ask them. If it is determined that you are here to cause strife and persecute those who visit this site we must ask you to leave as it does not conduct a Christ-aware atmosphere.

History
Officially established August 2006 by Founder Casey Richins, PrideWorship.org went through a period of tribulation when the founder lost sight of his purpose and calling from God to spread the Word of God to the nations. For a period of six months (January - June, 2007) the organization went untouched but God was not willing to let this viable opportunity for people to come to know him be let go of that easily. In June of 2007, the Founder began work on the site and created a layout that was fairly functional to navigate but cumbersome to edit and add new content to. In December 2007 the site was moved to a Wiki Site to allow for easy Navigation and better article management. Since then the organization is begining to come to life and see many new visitors. Eventually the site will exist in several translations through out the world. If you would like to volunteer your time to translate texts please Contact Us.
